The Olympicon Games endeth. There are so many stories to tell, but perhaps one of the greatest has been the mad crowd participation of every single soul, no matter where they be from. Kudos is due to the Canucks, from coast to coast to coast, who have seemingly shelved their Canadian modesty and gone buck wild in the streets on a nightly basis… this photo essay, however, captures a bit of the contrast between the mad crowd and the serene majesty of the mountains that preside over Whistler’s microcosmos of athletes and spectators.

Great job overall, but that second photo is one of the best I’ve seen from anyone (including accredited media) the whole games.

DP, coming from you that is one humbling comment. I will move that photo up to the top.
Let me know if you’d like to contribute to the Notes blog, btw. Would be an honour.
