burnt trees tell no lies

The snow has returned to Whistler, leading us out on adventures into the steep ‘n’ deep. Sometimes all you need is a picture or two to grasp the places skis will take you. These two  shots featuring MRG are from a certain area known as CBC trees on Blackcomb, a haunting place of unexpected drops and tight funnels, flanked by waterfall ice and trees burnt from the summer’s forest fire.
